Terms of Service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ThreatSense platform (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@threatsense.example.

3. Free Check & Full Report

ThreatSense offers a free passive check of your public website and domain, which includes your overall score, your three most important findings and a short explanation of business impact. The full report is available as a one-off purchase of £27 (GBP), with no subscription or recurring charge.

The full report includes complete findings, evidence and source for every finding, date checked, confidence level, business impact, severity, recommended action, estimated effort, who should fix it, what was not checked, and downloadable PDF and JSON. Payment is processed by Stripe. The fee is non-refundable except where required by law.

Future monitoring features (multiple monitored domains, scheduled scans, scan history, change alerts, remediation tracking, deeper technology discovery, optional paid intelligence providers and priority support) are planned roadmap items and are not yet available. We do not advertise features we have not built.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract our scoring models; (b) use the Service to scan or assess systems you do not own or are not authorized to assess; (c) transmit malware or unlawful content; (d) attempt to disrupt or overload the Service; or (e) resell or sublicense the Service without written consent.

5. Your Data & Responsibilities

You retain all rights to your data. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Scoring & Disclaimers

ThreatSense scores and recommendations are evidence-based prioritisation, computed from observed, inferred and unavailable data sources on your public website and domain. They are decision-support tools, not guarantees or proof that a site is secure. ThreatSense does not perform remediation, penetration testing, active exploitation or SOC monitoring. You remain responsible for your security decisions and remediation actions. You should not rely solely on ThreatSense scores for critical decisions without human review.

7. Proxaim Full Remediation Package

The Proxaim Full Remediation Package is a separate service offered by Proxaim, not ThreatSense. ThreatSense detects, explains and prioritises issues. It does not fix them. Any remediation is performed by Proxaim under its own terms. No remediation item is promised unless the service can deliver it for your specific setup.

8. Intellectual Property

ThreatSense retains all rights to the Service, including our scoring engine, models, and interface. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal security operations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreatSense’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data resulting from your misconfiguration.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
